- Identify the learner's reading accuracy with a quick-to-administer test.

Simple to use and provides a range of information about specific learners. It's particularly useful for setting targets for learners with SEN. We identify three areas as a focus and include these in planning. Learners have shown progress across every half term using this small-steps approach. We can demonstrate this progress, even though learners aren't moving through their current year groups expected levels.
