What are my subscription options?
Print: If you are taking out a subscription on behalf of a school or college, you will be charged the institutional rate and then your students save up to 60% with an associated subscription. On publication of each issue, the school’s copy as well as all the associated student copies will be delivered straight to your school for internal distribution (with no extra postage charges). Subscriptions sent to home addresses are charged at the full rate.
eMagazine: eMagazines are purchased as a subscription to the current volume, just as you would subscribe to the print magazines. eMagazines are now available on a whole-school basis, so a school’s purchase of an eMagazine will give access to all the students across that school. Access can be online or offline and does not expire. eMagazines are available to institutions and individual customers.
What do I get with my subscription?
A subscription to either a print magazine or eMagazine includes three or four issues – in September/January/April or September/November/February/April respectively – depending on the individual magazine. For the print magazines, these are delivered straight to your school or home address upon publication. For the eMagazines, these are delivered digitally upon publication and the eLibraries are updated with the publication of each issue.
Many of the magazines also include free, between-issue Updates with further articles, weblinks and sources for further reading. These are emailed automatically to magazine subscribers in October and December.
All the magazines also include additional online resources to extend learning and revision, such as downloadable posters, worksheets, and presentations. These are available for free via the Hodder Education website.
What are the eLibraries? (Formally known as Archives)
As well as subscribing to the current volume of the magazines in print or as an eMagazine, you can also access over 10 years’ worth of back issues online with the eLibraries. These are purchased on a subscription basis by institutions only, with discounts for purchases of multiple titles.
A subscription to an eLibrary is valid for one year and starts on the day you place your order. The current volume of the magazines is now included in the eLibrary, meaning that digital issues are now uploaded to the eLibrary as they publish, along with issues from previous years going back to 2009.

All trials are free, with no hidden catches or obligations. During the trial, you can view and read the current volume of the eMagazine online.
Can I see the current volume of the magazines in the eLibrary?
When you order an eLibrary, a digital version of the new magazine issue will be loaded into the eLibrary within seven days of its publication. This is a new feature as of September 2022, so please bear with us but an eLibrary subscription will now provide digital access to the current issues.
