Absolutely awful. We have bought a subscription for each pupil so they can access the video files and complete tasks independently - a very important skill for the actual exam. Most of them have been unable to access the files. They can access the site, but then it gets stuck when they click on "interactive view" in order to access audio files. The digital book is impossible to navigate for all teachers as well. I am trying to call for support and phones are never answered.

E books used to be easier to navigate and easier to zoom into a task. It is impossible with the new format.

It is not user friendly. The book's layout is not helpful and it takes a long time to find a page or zoom it in on the screen for students to see. It is not easy to navigate, impossible to find the answers or any resources. It is not even easy to turn pages! It takes a long time to load too, so it seems that the problem is with the provider and not the internet. I am really disappointed and if there was an alternative, I would not use it at all.
